Pauly McGuire

Pauly McGuire is a novelist, sports writer, and sports bettor who specializes in the NBA and NFL. He joined Casino.org in 2022 after 20 years of experience in the gaming industry with bylines in High Roller Magazine, Vegas Seven, MSN, and the UK Racing Post. He covered major spectacle events such as March Madness, the Iditarod, the Tour de France, the Oscars, and the World Series of Poker. For nearly a decade, Pauly covered the international poker circuit in Europe, Latin America, and Australia. His critically acclaimed 2010 book "Lost Vegas" chronicled working at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas while writing for Tao of Poker, Bluff Magazine, Fox Sports, and Poker Player Newspaper during the wildest days of the poker boom. Pauly grew up in New York City, which is why he's a jaded fan of the New York Jets and Knicks. After residing in Las Vegas and Los Angeles for the last two decades, Pauly recently relocated to Denver, Colorado. He's currently working on his fourth novel titled "The Kicker." His most recent novels -- "Guard This" (2021) and "Fried Peaches" (2018) -- are currently available on Amazon.
