This has been going on for years. Started around 2007-2009. It’s called “trick rolls”. Young women flock to casino bars on the Las Vegas strip looking for stuck men. They usually chat the men up and at some point convince the men to bring the women to his hotel room. While in the room the women wait for the guy to “pass out” from being drunk or drugged. The women then steal all the guys money and valuables and leave.
I don’t believe any women have successfully been prosecuted due to the men are usually from another country and when they leave Las Vegas they never return for court proceedings. Many women have been arrested. But they bail out and during this time the victim usually take a flight back to his country, never to return. The case is therefore “dropped”.
Also Clark county court system is known to be soft on crime. The city attracts a lot of criminals based on the court system history of soft prosecution criminals.

Windy Rose Jones got court in August. They keep pushing back her hearings. This is lazy reporting everything is available for free on Las Vegas court info site. Hope they don’t go east on her and con cut her on felonies and make her spend a few years locked up thinking what she did and set an example to everyone else. As of right now she back on the streets of Vegas ripping off tricks despite being ordered to stay away from entertainment corridor. Fellas beware out there! She goes by Roxie now
