I WAS LOGGING IN EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS TO SEE IF MY MARLINS FUTURE BETS WOULD BE CANCELLED AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND. FRIDAY THE 25TH WAS MY AT LEAST 15TH STRAIGHT DAY LOGGING IN. I LOGGED IN AT 12:30 PM AND SEEN MY BETS WERE STILL PENDING. SO OBVIOUSLY I CAN’T REQUEST A PAYOUT AT THIS POINT BECAUSE THE FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WELL I WORK FOR 10 HOURS, COME HOME AND LOG IN. NOW ITS AROUND 12:15 AM. I SEE MY $175 IS AVAILABLE. SO I TRY TO REQUEST A PAYOUT AND IT CANT BE DONE. LOL. I CLICK ON LIVE HELP AND THEY TOLD ME I MISSED THE DEADLINE OF THE 25TH. SO I COULD NOT REQUEST MY REFUND BEFORE 12:30 PM ON THE 25TH, AND REQUESTING IT LESS THAN 12 HOURS LATER WAS TOO LATE. SO THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME AN 11 HOUR WINDOW THEY SAY. THEY SAID IT WAS REFUNDED AT 12:39 PM. HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THIS? I DID NOT GET AN EMAIL. CHECK OUT THIS EXCHANGE.
