Some vet tech thought all hunting would be banned. LMFAO! I have been an animal rights activist for 14 years and believe me, we don’t have the power to ban hunting, even if we wanted to. People who believe these kind of hysterical claims really have no idea how difficult it would be to ban something as popular as hunting and fishing. It just couldn’t happen, period. And anyway, animal rights groups are focusing on other issues instead (like improving conditions in factory farms).
We really aren’t that powerful, especially compared to lobbies like the NRA. Don’t freak out thinking we are going to take over America LOL, We don’t have the time, money or desire to do that.

We’re expected to believe that the Constitution Revision Commission, which formulated and approved the Amendment, was doing the bidding of radical animal rights terrorists with a “hidden agenda”. Not only that, we’re expected to believe that the state Supreme Court was fooled into allowing the Amendment to remain on the ballot, even after hearing those same conspiracy theories presented to it in court by the racing industry. Then finally, we’re expected to believe that the following endorsers of Amendment 13 are animal rights extremists: the Florida Federation of Republican Women, the Animal Law Section of the Florida Bar; former Senate president Don Gaetz; Attorney general Pam Bondi; Mike Huckabee, Lara Trump, the editorial boards of the Miami Herald, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Naples Daily News, Florida Today, and Fort Myers News-Press; the Florida League of Women Voters; and the municipal governments of Tallahassee, Margate, Venice, and Hallandale Beach.
