That should make Icahn happy, since Caesars stock rose on the proposed merger by Fertitta. I also think that Caesars should rebrand the Bally’s Las Vegas as a Horseshoe casino and reskin or rebuild the property, like they did to Imperial Palace/Quad/Linq. Sell Rio, No matter the cost, since they’ve stripped it bare of everything. Make another shopping district/promenade between Bally’s and Paris. Enlarge the Paris theater for something other than small production shows. Build something on the large lot behind Bally’s/Paris/Planet Hollywood. Caesars owns so much land, but hasn’t done anything with it.
