OMG – I never feel moved enough to comment on anything but this is the stupidest (is that a word?) and I have ever seen since Penguin Frozen Yogurt. I want to punch the TV every time it airs but instead turn the channel or mute cause I can’t afford it. I don’t blame the actors, the writing and concept sucks! Fire your ad agency because I will never give another cent to anything involving Caesars. To me now:
Caesars = Fucking Annoyingly Stupid!

I want to know who decided to place NJ as the turnpike state. And then on top of that respond to ny for nj as “ any exit” for nj. This is offensive and needs to stop! NJ is the garden state and can prove it! Turnpike which is i95 runs all of the Entire east coast! All the way to Florida! So who is feeding the facts here! Repulsive and needs to get educated facts stated here. This has to stop and I don’t understand how the mayor and governor of NJ. Not saying anything here.

Would you PLEASE get RID of this loud-mouthed drone in the ads? If he had any talent, he’d do something else, but aping a loud, black asshole doesn’t work. That is the prime reason no one wants to deal with the app, or to bet on something that they can lose their ass over.

Some people would love them, but I can’t see one historical instance where this drone has worked for profit to their sponsor. If I wanted to listen to a dumbass scream at me, I wouldn’t be on DishTV.

These inane commercials make me cringe to the point that I scramble to mute them. His voice is grating, the copy is stupid, and nothing about it makes me want to avail myself of your service, which is the purpose of the ad, the ONLY purpose. I actually had to google the ad to see who that overacting twit was.
If you are going to spend money on an advertising budget, maybe the person who approves the final product should be sober at the time.

Ceasar, as imagery is that of a tyrant and oppressor…most Roman emperors were. When I saw the first on of these ads my initial thought was of the Nuremberg Rallies in the 1930s in Nazi Germany…serried ranks of adoring citizens paying homage to the Führer, and we all know how that turned out.

I realize the commercial is out the norm, to say the least. At first I thought is was dumb, but I’ve adjusted to it and now get a goon laugh whenever I see it. You’ve got to keep a sense of humor. It’s unique! Probably biased because they recently renamed our stadium “Caesar’s Superdome”. Yes, I’m one of the yats in New Orleans and proud of it.

I LOVE these commercials! The commenters are playing “Follow the Leader”! So, this is really the worst commercials you’ve ever seen????? Stop it!
The character, Carl, is not being bullied! He asked a silly question and got called out for it! LOL! He reminds me of an old co-worker who would ask a million unnecessary questions at the end of our meetings. My boss would get more annoyed than us! Both Caesar and Carl’s characters tickle me and my mother every time they come on!

For all you people berating these ads I will say this, “Lighten up, Francis.” These spots are fantastic. JB Smoove and Patton Oswalt are great. Carl(Patton Oswalt) getting on Caesar’s(JB Smoove) nerves is great. Man, it is a shame that people today are so sensitive. I know good commercials and these are good commercials.

A friend, after reading this content said “White folks be pretty angry with black Caesar, ain’t they?”. And the earlier post about the ads being “highly racist” was almost, but not quite, as funny as Carl and his goofy persona. I did love the other guy here venting about how it reminded him of high school bullies…really revealing psychodrama there, bro. By the way: it’s not real. It’s a TV ad. And it’s funny. I am astonished at how many people dislike these commercials. The ones featuring Carl make me laugh every time I see them, absolutely hilarious! If I were into gambling, I would use the Caesars Sportsbook app just because of the commercials.
I think they need to make some more commercials featuring Carl. He reminds me of one of those buffoons who always ask stupid questions just to be asking a question for attention, and he rightly deserves the treatment he gets for being a dope, and his reactions at getting berated (or ignored) make me laugh no matter how many times I see those commercials.

The J.B. Smoove ads they’re running on TV and YouTube are annoying enough, but I’ve got a little something stuck in my craw about one of the radio ads. The voice actor announces in his opening phrase that “the goblet has dropped.” For God’s sake, dear copywriter, if you are going to utilize a somewhat antiquated colloquialism, you can at least have someone proofread your work before sending it off.
