Tried to cash out early at $688, at which time the ceasars sportsbook app froze on me, and I was unable to cash out, until I signed out and restarted the app. I was able to cash out at $416. My connection to the app was great, and connected to wifi. When I called to speak with ceasars sportsbook about the problem, they pretty much made it look like it wasn’t a problem with the app, even though it was. They kept insisting that I had a bad connection and my phone was the problem.
