Followup Regarding your article about Blake Fitzgerald, the “Mastermind” behind the online gambling scheme. It has come to my attention that there are only 3 counts that he is being charged with. But he had over 100 people or more playing and sending him money. After inquiring, I found out that the reason there are possibly only 3 people stepping forward is because apparently Blake Fitzgerald, and his brother (along with some of their clapper followers) are continuing their menacing ways by making it known in their Clapper lives that they will hurt, kill, or threaten anyone that comes forward to “rat them out,” (present themselves as witnesses on his case). How he is able to continue his criminal ways (as you know he was arrested before for terrorist threats, getting into a standoff with the Swat Team, holding his family hostage, and beating up his ex wife) is beyond me.
If you want to beat other media sources to the punch on how this guy intimidates, threatens, and now witness tampers, you should probably contact some of the people they may have listed as potential players that sent him money that are not testifying and ask them why they are not talking. You will see it is because they are being threatened by Fitzgerald and his posse, like a Mafia crime lord and his goons.
