But valet parking sucks you have to wait a long time for car and can’t request it ahead of time 2 they make you wait almost an hr for your room and they only have 3 people checking in guess in The from doesn’t make sense. 3 house keepers don want to do their job and don’t clean your room even if you’re requested. And last the worst of all if you get a room facing the pool which you will be charged extra, forget about sleeping or resting it will be a nightmare. Music starts at 8am all the way to 11pm and the boom from fremont and the dj playing at the pool it’s horrible and annoying!!!! I recommend Treasure Island better much better location you can rest and valet parking it’s free and fast also everything it’s close by.

Sad to see it lose it, because it is a beautiful property, but management’s lack of doing things right (keeping things clean, having a 24-hour restaurant, going above expectations for guests) is probably what cost it the coveted rating.
