Haven’t you ever heard that over a million drug suspects have surrendered and over 120,000 arrested? And they were not killed by the authorities! In fact Duterte is building mega rehab centers in collaboration with the private sector!The police only kill those who violently resist arrest during legitimate police buy-bust operations! Police have the right to defend themselves if their lives are put in danger! And many police have already died in the drug war! Any other killings are done by the drug lords and dealers themselves and rogue cops who are into illegal drugs but the government has been going after them and cleaning up the national police force!
