How about we set 1/2 of the new revenue aside for reducing taxes? This half could easily reduce eliminate taxes on the first $10,000 of personal property and eliminate the 1st $1200.00 of real estate tax. The result would be up to $100/month in the pocket of Danville taxpayers for the rewal esate tax reduction alone.
