But the fact that the buildings are are old ugly eyesores has nothing to do with the Pinball Hall of Fame, they were ugly before, and they are ugly now, and they were leased, not owned.

They have left a two other locations and those are now just eyesores on the east side. How many locations are they going to build and move to?
