They don’t have a way of cancelling. When I try online, it says to call. When I call it says to use the automated, when I use the automated, it says it can’t find me. When I try to wait, it says my wait time is over an hour, then asks if I want them to call me back after waiting 15 minutes, then they never call. Another month goes by and they bill me again. If anyone else is having this issue, let’s put a lawsuit against this behavior!!
