The governor has only 10 days to act o this bill, the legislative session is actually still in session by meeting at the call of the chambers’ leaders.? The legislature always adjourns at the call of the leaders, not sine die, so they can always come back as they did last week for the pay raise bill. The bill was sent to the Governor on 12/16 so it will need to be acted on within 10 days excluding Sundays and holidays.
