Also, do not limit the number of operators we can have in the state. These two restrictions would limit opportunities for the bettor. I have multiple horse racing accounts. I use different promos from various sites to create value for myself. Also, I open accounts ONLINE!! Why the hell wouldn’t you do that for sports wagering. The way I read the proposal I would have to drive all over Kentucky just to have 5 or 6 accounts? I can drive to Indiana and have 10+ accounts. Kentucky law makers need to talk to gamblers about what they want, NOT EACH OTHER!!!
