Went to the disabled parking lot and got in my car to leave. Then with no one there to let me out they charged me $20 for about a half hour…even with my disabled placard. It’s against the law to charge a disabled person parking…I never felt so took in my life. I didn’t put a penny in any machines …was starving and found Mickey Ds at the stratosphere. They never had a dinner place open the 2 or 3 days I stayed there but I was starving and paid more than 12 bucks for a cheeseburger. What a piece of crap the Stratos is. It was over a hundred out there and nothing like I’ve seen before. Very disappointed. My car was parked by the valet so I couldn’t walk anywhere for food. Never again. The manager and check in people were none too friendly !
NEVER AGAIN ! WHY CLOSE YOUR POOL AT 6PM ??? I HAD NO AMENITIES. JUST SAT IN MY ROOM FOR 3 DAYS.
