I’m not a local. I only visit Las Vegas once a year. We stay in a timeshare and rent a car. We visit every MGM casino on the strip, and a handful of casinos off the strip. That will be changing now. I, for one, don’t dump $1000 at each casino, but I do enjoy visiting them all to see what’s changed, if anything. Now the only thing I see changing for my next trip is not visiting the MGM casinos.

Maybe MGM needs to get out of Las Vegas and gaming altogether. Certainly they can find more economical venues to purchase for their somewhat new high priced entertainment, food, drink and parking strategy. They should leave Las Vegas gaming to those who still care about it and can do it right.
