People are creating an issue where it doesn’t belong. Punish them ones misusing them, not others! I’m 36 and need it although I don’t “appear” that I do. There was like 1 scooter per 400 people. As for gang activity…that’s laughable. Gang activity will occur with or without mobility scooters! I wouldn’t visit Vegas if I couldn’t rent one!

It was like watching – and dodging – bumper cars on the casino and lobby floors. Las Vegas Blvd. was worse, as the punk-ass riders always rolled full speed through the pedestrian crowds. We are visiting again next week, and have been assured the problem is largely over, as scooter rental places have self-policed under pressure from visitors and resort property security.
