I would actually love to see it happen believing this is actually what the north end of the strip needs to bring it back to life. As a sports fan and seeing the beautiful renditions of the project, I would go there to watch basketball and do a little shopping and dining, but unfortunately, it’s been the same old same old. A lot of talk and no action. Get the deal done Jackie or just give it up and move on so some other party can do something with the land. I was thinking more tunberry like condo towers would be a nice addition to that area as people who live in those type of places have money to enjoy on the strip and take pride in their property only adding to the local economy. More convention space would be a winner there too.
