I have been a regular customer of the casino since building a cabin close by 3 years ago spending 3 to 5 thousand dollars a week. my last trip in was my finale visit. You should not put inexperienced staff on your table games. I was shorted on a bet, pointed it out and instead of stopping play to reveiw play continued. Everyone at the table saw the mistake. I was told it was received and it was a different spin. Fact is I could live with the mistake as we are all human. What I can’t live with is the mistake not being recognized and corrected. If this is your plan to increase your profits you will soon loose your regular customers.
