As if that city wasn’t a crime-ridden cesspool before that casino opened. There isn’t a majority black city in the United States that doesn’t have an incredibly high crime rate.

But I don’t know anyone who’s afraid to go to the Mississippi Coast because of all that crime those casinos introduced. Anyone afraid to go to Biloxi or Gulfport on a weekend night in the same way they would be afraid to go to New Orleans? No.
