California being one of them and having some of the best poker venues in the country. I think this could be a way in initially for gaming to be allowed. There’s thousands of poker players in the state and games are played in homes and underground games anyway. Why not implement card rooms with poker, blackjack and other card games as a “feel out” process. Jacksonville Florida has the Best Bet poker facility with about 60 tables and it stays packed and even has WPT events. Poker card rooms are a no brainier.
