Streets marked at 35 mph you can see people driving at 65 and it’s only a civil infraction? Not seeing how this is going to help here. I grew up in NY lived in CA for 24 years and never have I seen such horrible driving as I see daily here in Las Vegas Valley. I actually feel sorry for the Police that are supposed to enforce these laws.
