After all, according to CDC the percentage of smokers is dropping. Many are preferring to go out and breathe clean air over smoky air. Maybe Casinos could retain their current customers by selling Nicorette gum and Nicotine Patches and encourage them to wear them while there as an alternative to allow them to not take breaks and go outside as often but preserve the clean air atmosphere.
