the Taj is a huge property, with alot of unused space to maintain. It must cost a fortune to just heat and cool the bldg. If the revenue doesn’t exist, then it doesn’t exist. Some people think you can just pull more money off the tree and meet million dollar payrolls at the drop of a hat. Concessions from the workers ar this point are probably way to late to be of any consequence. Casino saturation is finally taking its’ toll…………hopefully some of the properties will be able to survive. If New York allows more to be built, it will take some real management planning for the rest to make it…………
