The state isn’t collecting taxes and the store owners are able to set the machines on whatever skill level they decide and the payouts can be adjust. Prime example one of the local stores has tripled the amount of machines not only are they saving 1200 per machine per month,but the skill level is harder and payout is half of what it use to be. Alot of the convince stores are in neighborhoods is it really ok to have an unregulated casino in every neighbor hood in va. Fish tables are really an issue they change the skill level to harder and payout very little. So the general assembly should be ashamed as should the owners that practice such business strategies. And who hurts from it all is the lower income class because there always trying to turn small checks into more money only to loose what little they have.if fish tables were not registered then the store owners tha brought new machines in should suffer a server penalty. Talk to residents around the stores and see for yourself.
