The guy from W/H said because i was verified on my old account i didnt need to verifi again,(if he had said i needed to verifi i wouldnt have bothered joining) as i know this can cause hassle)

I deposited 20 thousand pounds, won 10 thousand within 3 day,

Then the size of bets i was able to make was dropped down from over a thousand pounds to about 35 pounds,

I decided to withdraw all my money and when i tried to withdraw they wont let me unless i provide documents to verifi who i am, I am so annoyed as the guy i spoke to on the phone assured me i was verified via my old account i had with them !

Now they have 30 grand (just over) which they are refusing to pay me untill i verifi !

I am going to look into the legality of this via a solicitor because i have a copy of my initial phonecall saying i was allready verified.

This is now happening to me and has been ongoing so far for 3 weeks . I recently made a large withdrawal and it was declined due to a sanction on my account relating to an old card I used to use to deposit. I was asked to provide photo evidence of this card that has long since expired and was destroyed .
