I can’t believe Fiesta was the worse performing casino that Stations had. That place was always jumping with people. It was close to home and just a very fun place to stop and gamble. Loved the Reserve, the jungle theme was different and neat from other casinos. I still have a few of the things Fiesta gave away during it’s lifetime, including a teddy bear. I ride past the empty parking garage today and still remember all the good times I had there.

I moved to Vegas in December 2018 and was at Casino Fiesta at least 3 times per week every week in 2019. I will miss Fiesta Henderson. We had a last meal at Festival Buffet the last night before they closed. We will miss that buffet most of all. Monica, Ernie, Patty and most of all Nico. We sadly will probably never see them again. They were all were a part of our lives our first full year living in Vegas. We will miss you.

I cannot tell you how sorry I am to see FH go. It was where we stayed when we were building our home in Henderson in 2005. And after being away for several years, we moved back to Henderson in 2019 and it felt like home going there. I was so happy to have a decent casino to visit just a few miles from home! It was our Friday night hang out and more- even the movie theater offered respite on super hot days. Visiting family were thrilled to stay there. It made everything more fun.

Station made a mistake. This area is growing leaps and bounds. The new Smiths proves that if you have it, they will come. I think it FH was open today, it would be very different. And I’m angry that they took something away that enhanced the area that I came back to live in. They are not the local neighbor casino they pretend to be. Never took the time to consider how they could enhance this growing community. And then to demolish it so no one else had that opportunity.
Such a shame.

In reply to Karla. I'd LOVE to be proven wrong, but my understanding is that while of course they removed the gaming machines, pretty much everything else was left inside as the place is being demolished! If true, that's disgusting and Station Casinos should be attacked for it.

This place was the last place that Family and Friends ate before a Dearly close friend died from the cause of the pandemic and COVID. COVID took him away from the people that he loved and that loved him. Rest In Peace, Johanson.
