I am now waiting to hear from the Eagles as to when I can get a ticket(s). Have been to Vegas since Sphere opened but have never stepped inside. No motivation. But now, rather than pay $50 to watch a movie, I would rather pay an extra $125 to listen to a great band. Most excellent news! Thanks Scott.

Doesn’t the “washed up” label apply to every classic rock band?. Radio and streaming bombard you with all the so called “classic hits” so much, it actually makes me sick of classic rock, much less pay hundreds to see them in person. If I hear one more Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Eagles, Journey, GnR, Bon Jovi, Styx or Rolling Stones song, I’m gonna hurt somebody.

So, let me get this straight…I get to buy a ticket STARTING at $175 to see a bunch of washed up old guys (and some guy’s kid) play the songs I can hear several hundred times a day on AOR FM radio…and where will these $175 seats be located? In the Venitian’s parking garage? Butbutbutbut…the Sphere!
I would rather buy $175 worth of Las Vegas t-shirts than throw it away on watching a self serving reunion of a bunch of geriatric has beens…at least I would have something to show for my dough.
