This is awesome! So the entire bridge space from LV Blvd will be retail and F&B with phenomenal views. Bellagio is a boss property and what a great way to expand more offerings to The Cosmopolitan guests and passers-by. I love it… Not to mention, more jobs for the inflation ridden city.

Doesn’t seem like we need more luxury retail with Crystals and, well, the other side of Bellagio being kinda right there and all. But adding another climate-controlled path from the strip into the hotel doesn’t sound so bad.

Hmmm, wonder if this has anything to do with maybe an NBA arena building close by?. someone must be telling them there's either an existing market or future market that will support this much retail. Seems to me there's already an over saturation of everything on the strip so I'm guessing there's something the public doesn't know about yet.
