After you go into the parking lot and find a space then walk to the casino then walk back to your car its been at least a hour so that 1st hour free is a bunch of BS

MGM’s parking plan like their profit growth plan is dismal. I’m not sure why anyone stays or plays there. If I wasn’t getting free parking at CET I would be done with the strip as I am with MGM.

That basically discourages you from dropping a few bucks in a slot machine on your way in/out.

You pay it win, lose, or draw.

But it was 3-2 Blackjack, and parking was free.

I am diamond with caesars so was able to avoid paying for parking at those casinos.

One time I did have to park at Monte Carlo, but I refused to tip the valet and he was quite uppity about it. I know it isn’t his fault, but if I have to pay $13 to park there, that money is going to come from someplace. If he doesn’t like it, he can take it up with the fine folks at MGM.

Maybe I am dreaming that pressure from the valets will end this nightmare, but I have to try something.

I’m a casual gambler who drives in from SoCal. I got the Mlife MasterCard last year specifically so I would be able to park at the MGM properties. I pay off my c.c. bills in full each month, so I don’t have any finance charges. Not sure if I’ll get the Total Rewards Visa, though. I may just forego the CET properties… for now.

The hotel/casinos are now run buy corporate bean counters who are unwilling to see the big picture. To them everything must show a profit. First it was the restaurants, rooms and shows and now the parking garages

Maybe a 10 minute walk. You may have to step over a couple of homeless but hey its worth it.

Won’t be a shock at all, and it won’t be long until somebody pushes the $50 platteau. Will it stop then, or will we see a $60 fee at the high end joints in a few years/
