Perhaps you’re thinking of SHe by Morton’s. (Yes, it was capitalized that way.) It was a female-focused steakhouse created by Eva Longoria. It lasted about 2 years (2012-14) in Crystals at Aria.

Not sure about culinary training, but Jennifer Lopez owned a Latin restaurant in Pasadena, CA. According to an internet search, it was open from 2002 to 2008.

I don’t enjoy these restaurants anymore. They are a different take of the same foods all over and super pricey. I was in the Mirage the other day and was going to buy a sandwich at the deli by the sports book and they wanted over 20 for a single simple sandwich. In my opinion, ridiculous.

I think Jennifer Lopez had a restaurant before at a Las Vegas hotel. Think it was a steakhouse. Didn’t last too long. With the exception of celebrity chefs most celebrity restaurants are just paying to use the name. They don’t have much input into the operation which is probably a good thing.
