High-resolution videos screens and projection mapping really have made shows feel more immersive. Given the fact that Cirque du Soleil already does “spectacle” quite well, this show has a lot of potential…at least on paper.

But those tweets show how vicious show business can be. It reminds me of the famous exchange between George Bernard Shaw and Winston Churchill, just after WWII:
Shaw: “Enclosing two opening night tickets to my new play. Come and bring a friend–if you have one.”
Churchill: “Cannot attend opening night. Will be glad to attend second night–if there is one.”
