Loved Esther’s when I’ve eaten there twice and yes you are correct it’s crazy loud and it doesn’t have to be. Sound echos off the concrete floors to the roof and back. Sent an email once to Esther and asked why can’t they install ‘bats’ of insulation in various spots in the ceiling and spray paint them black which would help with the noise level. I would think it can’t be that expensive to do and perhaps customers who stay away because it is loud might come back more often.
