Hubs and I have been vacaying in Vegas for 15+ years and the one restaurant we always hit is Cuba Cafe off Tropicana. Great food, great mojitos, non-strip prices. I realize that for Vital Vegas if it ain’t the Strip, it ain’t sh*t, but you should waddle over there and try their ceviche, their lechon, and definitely their mojitos.

I suspect they pay the landlords a persentage of food and alchol sales and CNF’s don’t qualify so they keep all that money. BTW, I miss the Tropical Breeze Cafe.
