These guys need to do something remarkably different to lure repeat visitation and a loyal customer base. There’s already lots of choices on the Strip, they are all similar is that the casino games don’t payoff like they used to, the good food choices are way overpriced, too much high-end shopping on the property that rarely gets a sale from Strip tourists, outrageous hotel room costs with the associated fees and a lack of employees desiring to give good service. We need a sparkling new place going in a different customer-oriented direction from the herd.

Why would I wanna visit Las Vegas after the resort fees and parking fees, If I wanna gamble or see a show I will just go to a local Indian casino at least they don't charge me for parking or a resort fee if I wanna stay and enjoy their rooms and restaurants. I read 2005 and I’m like, hmm, only eight years? Seems longer than that. Then realized I am old and dumb and it’s been 18 years. Holy smokes! Will be glad to pay it a visit when it opens. Won’t be long before the accountant is screaming “we’re sinking fast skipper”. I doubt there is any formula of operations that could make this casino profitable. in the end, just a skeleton crew, closed restaurants, few customers and billions lost trying to make a run of it. The casino/strip market is over saturated with gambling, food and overpriced entertainment. just ask the Sahara what a nice casino will get ya. Debt!
