Those are some hard, cheap-looking chairs and tables. They look deliberately designed to make people want to get up and leave asap. When I’m vacationing, I want a bit of comfort, like padded seats and cozy ambience. Even the food sounds like it’s built for speed, not for comfort. Pass.

It’s a shame that the Second Street Grill is closing, I really enjoyed the food there, The only down side of that is that the Fremont Hotel doesn’t have a high class restaurant that serves really good food like Steaks and Crab Legs, now we have to go to the California Hotel to enjoy a Fancy Dinner.

Thanks for the heads up on Proper Eats not taking cash (as if I’d ever eat there). Ridiculous for any place in the resort corridor to not take cash when people are using cash for slots, video poker and table games.

I’m still not convinced there’s any meaningful difference between a food hall and a food court, other than stigma. I didn’t buy a used car, I bought a pre-owned car. Same car, either way, somebody else’s stinky bum sat behind the wheel for many hours before mine.
