We live in California. We are trying to sell a $1 coin slot machine that we purchased in Las Vegas. If all else fails we will just have to put it in the game room that we have not yet built!!! Overall slots are very entertaining for guests in a residential setting.

I’ve always missed the coin operated because you could save your quarters at home and use those to start with at least .paper takes all the fun out of it ,it was a bad move for any casino to make .cuz when hit a jackpot and the coins start hitting that tray you really feel like a winner .and why why why would the casinos take away free advertising.

The BEST coin paying slot ever was in the Delta Queen Casino in Virginia City. It was a quarter machine that paid off in REAL SILVER DOLLARS (all prior to 1922!) You could line up one, two or as many as FIVE silver dollars win for $0.75 investment/pull. It was GREAT! I would buy two rolls of quarters and get a beer from the bartender and play though them and EVERY time hit at least one silver dollar and once as many as six total for my $20. And they would buy them back at $10-$15 each so it was nearly a positive return every time! I understand the machine was removed around 2010 because parts were too expensive to replace or not available anymore…
