Kind of a tough location though, down in the “basement” like that. Had it been on the actual casino floor it might have been killing it, but a decade’s a hell of a run in Vegas. A cool venue bites the COVID dust though. Have to wonder how many more will suffer the same fate.

However the nature of the business and its prices worked against it. If you went on a Friday night in July to watch MLB, you practically had the place to yourself. However if you visited on a football weekend in the fall, the place was packed and table minimums were sky high. If a place can charge top dollar prices only 40-50 days a year, can it make enough to get by the other 300+ days?
