I have my theory, but at the end of the day that’s only a guess. Why doesn’t MGM just create its own festival instead of try to piggyback off of a rock festival in Rio or snag an established one in California?

Never heard of it. Guess they don’t do much advertising in So Cal. Got some heavyweight acts this year. The only problem I see is the weather..Las Vegas is not Del Mar in the summer but the fact is Vegas has more going for it in other areas so bring it on!
