You’re not doing it right…
]]>so, diamond & 7 stars, w/o a reservation, still can wait outside for an open table? tried to reserve, but system now shows an earliest availability around mid july. Thx
]]>Sorry, I should have put that in quote, because it’s not a branded bottle, it’s a filled bottle, but the water tastes like bottled water and has none of the tap water taste. it’s just great water.
]]>My own mother destroyed buffet’s for my immediate family, she took us to Las Vegas once a year, payed for everything, but she insisted on eating at the buffet for three meals a day for the entire trip… I could take it, I appreciated the paid for vacation, but it became too much for my kids and wife, they revolted, and the trips ended unfortunately. The wife and I always got our one Hugo’s Cellar dinner, that night the kids took one for the team. When we were driving in to town we would painstakingly go over and pledge to just endure the buffet, at Mandalay Bay or Bellagio, but invariably it broke down when the crap hit the fan. It’s hard to eat something you don’t love every time in the city that is built on restaurant variety and excellence…
]]>Yes.
]]>What is ‘great bottled water’?
]]>Valid points. To a great extent buffets are a young person’s game. That said, I have many senior peers who eat at buffets almost exclusively. I know, right? It’s like a senior badge of honor or something. Some buffets even have special hours and rates for seniors.
Personally, I avoid Vegas buffets, but only for crusty old-school reasons that were beaten into me as a child.
The pre-Eldorado Bacchanal renovation was planned and funded at a time when the competition between buffets was fierce. Since then, the number of buffets has been slashed. What typically happens to businesses when they have little or no competition? Exactly. I’m hoping for the best, but expecting some changes.
