The appetizers at the old Parasol Up were exceptional and greatly added to the overall experience. Not to mention that many people (myself included) will order an additional cocktail if they have something to nosh on while enjoying their drink. So sadly, I won’t be going to the Overlook again as I feel that the overall experience does not equal what I came to expect at Parasol Up (which I had loyally patronized since 2005).
