The hard surface flooring is a good idea since they don’t have slots that need to be silenced by carpet. But they just had to put stairs between the lounge bar and the book, didn’t they? Ugh. Don’t give guests tequila and expect them to negotiate stairs. And the poor servers up and down them dozens of times an hour with trays full of drinks. I wonder how hard it would have been for them to pick just one wall covering? Brick to paint to paper to stone — make up your mind. At least the chandeliers are not in the sight line of the book’s screens. And the crawl ticker thingy out front is really cool.
