You can’t expect a culture change when the previous issue was Caesar’s Entertainment management, you keep the same Caesars managers, bring in MGM directors/and Vice-Presidents and it remains a vicious cycle. The comments these mangers say to the employees in different departments is mind blowing and not helping. You can rebuild a a failing physical structure and make it look beautiful but bringing excitement to employees after what has happened the last 10 years takes a lot of work. Not impressed at all-
