It looks like you can now reserve rooms in the Versailles tower starting January 16. The room types appear to be Pool View (1 king or 2 queens), Strip View (1 king or 2 queens), Studio Suite (2 queens), Executive Suite (1 king), or Premium Suite (1 king). I’m guessing only suites will have a western view of the Bellagio fountains?

I din’t think the “Horseshoe” name will only apply to the original MGM Grand’s main tower. I am surprised and disappointed that it can’t be part of Horseshoe. If it was me, I’d spin-off the Jubilee Tower into a standalone boutique hotel property like the Cromwell (immediately to its north).

Also, I never knew the ceilings of the South (Jubilee) Tower’s first three floors were THAT high (as shown on the elevation pic of that tower), meaning it has only 23 physical floors.

They need to do more than a simple reskin of the roof and sides of the building. Leaving the current windows/fascia intact does not really do much other than make it look like a randomly built tower between Bally’s/Horseshoe and Paris. Maybe if they added stucco in lieu of the black glass between the floors it would at least match the Paris tower.

The update and added drawings are great, hope the construction goes quickly and without any big problems. Nice to see Caesars (aka Harrah’s) spending some money on a property instead of letting it wither and get rundown (The Rio).
