We live in Canada and we come down least 10 x a year for years because we enjoyed beside gambling going to buffets for good meal we visited this January and food selection was next to none, no point of coming now, as you cant find no place to have a good meal Also collecting tear credits is waste of time as there is pretty much no perks left like Diamond lounges

In reply to Teri. Thank God Atlantic city has down called the Laura Lounge but it is still a perk and the main reason to support Caesars. I am going out to Vegas in Sept and in late October to find out they do not exist any longer. Time too start with Mgm and forget about Caesars as they now placed an awful taste in my mouth. The last time I stayed at Caesars in Vegas as a 7 Star member and was treated like I didn't even exist. Last week I hate at Hell's Kitchen and talked to management and talked about my Vegas. He apologized and I told him it is not his fault and as for me the entire staff and management at Caesars Atlantic City are the finest. So sad you will be loosing another loyal member.

We have been Diamond and Diamond Elite players for years.The lounges were a nice perk. I dont see the casinos going broke for what was offered in the lounges. Its really sad. You are doing alot of 5 times and 10 times credit but for what? Thank goodness we still get free valet parking and no resort fees. Thank you for that

What’s the point in becoming a Diamond member then? We really looked forward to the food and/or drinks and semi-privacy especially when we visit Vegas. What else will you be taking away? Maybe it’s time to go to other casinos!?!?!
