How will Thayer’s shove out the door affect my experience as a Strat customer? I know changes in leadership can lead to changes in customer experience. Other than the Jostel guy at Plaza and Derek Stevens, I can’t name too many high-level people at any casino. Please help me understand why a good guy being out of a job is vital info to me.
