My favorite casino of all time was the Stardust. I have met Mr. Boyd 10 times over the years as well as Keith Smith. These two gentlemen are the best of the breed in Las Vegas. I had the pleasure of eating at William B’s at the Stardust over 50 times. The food was awesome and the service was the best. All the employees were always nice and professional.

One of the greatest pleasures was watching them make your Caesar salad at your table.

I just wish there was a casino like the Stardust, this is where the casino hosts had some power to do what they needed to do to make your stay a pleasure. Today the casino hosts have their hands tied by the accountants who watch every penny and demand resorts fees, parking fees, and more fees.

Random thoughts…
Ate many a wonderful meal at William B’s, back in the Stardust days. Hope they continue the tradition.
The picture of the old sports book, looks nearly identical to the Gold Coast. Clearly, used the same set of plans.
Sadly, Boyd Rewards (formerly known as B-Conned) has decimated it’s reward program. Sam B. would be disappointed at the state of his company.

Boy oh Boy, the Seafood tower sounds great especially during the Tower Hour. Is that some kind of play on Happy hour? I’ll be happy if it were to be able to serve 2. But it doesn’t say. So expect the worst, but hope for the best.
