I actually kind of like the idea of these types of restaurants. I’d much rather pay up a bit for the food when there is some unique entertainment than pay up for the food cause there is a “celebrity” chef’s name on the restaurant.

Sounds distinct. I’m a bit bored with Spiegelworld. Feels like too much of a good thing. Cirque du Soleil (did I spell that right?) was the greatest thing ever, then there was too much Cirque, and our natural tendency to reject things that are over popular kicks in. And then some of the offerings by Cirque aren’t actually to die for. And then word gets out. Then they’re eyeballs deep in debt.

None of that has any bearing on Spiegelworld. And if you’re in business, strike while the iron is hot. I get it.
