Ellis Island is one of my favorite casinos. The food at Metro Pizza is a must try, 2 for one on certain days.
BUT…
Those tiny, TRENDY sandwiches likely sell well at Eatily where they sell over priced food and accessories. I would need TWO of them to be satisfied if I was hungry. Hugely different crowd then at Ellis Island where locals and cost minded people go.

The restaurant business is one of the toughest businesses one can be in. Most don’t last past 5 years tops, if they do then they have a decent shoot at staying alive long term. I wish good luck to Via Focaccia, I wish them success.

Aren’t Arancini made with rice? Like Risotto that has been formed into a ball and fried. I’ve never heard of them made from pasta. How unusual. I’ll have to try this.
